The Cross-border Parcel Delivery Services (Amendment) (No.2) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020

These Regulations are made in exercise of powers in section 8 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 to remove or replace any references to obligations under EU law that will no longer have effect after the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. This instrument revokes and replaces The Cross-border Parcel Delivery Services (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 (S.I. 2020/583) due to the entry into force of that instrument being defective.
