The Euratom Research and Training Programme (Revocation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019
This instrument intends to address deficiencies in the operation of retained European Union (“EU”) law arising from the UK’s withdrawal from the EU and the European Atomic Energy Community (“Euratom”). This instrument revokes redundant provisions deriving from four EU instruments related to the Euratom Research and Training Programme and the associated Fusion for Energy (F4E) Joint Undertaking which have become retained EU law under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (“the Act”).
