This remedies inoperabilities and deficiencies in the legislation relating to Guarantees of Origin of Electricity Produced from High-efficiency Cogeneration (known as Combined Heat and Power (CHP) in the UK) which would otherwise arise as a result of the UK ceasing to be a Member State of the European Union.
