The Merchant Shipping (Inland Waterways) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

These Regulations make amendments to maritime secondary legislation relating to inland waterways in order to ensure that the existing regulatory framework continues to operate effectively following the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the European Union.

Sifting committees’ recommendation

The sifting committees agreed with the government that this statutory instrument does not have to have a debate in parliament, though one may still occur.
