The Motor Vehicles (Compulsory Insurance and Rights against Insurers) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020

Amendment to previous motor insurance EU exit SI transitional provision to account for the UK having now left the EU and entered in to the transition period, and amendment to 2002 Regulations to maintain the right status quo in policy terms once EU law no longer applies to the UK.
