CLOSED: IP1.4 - Inclusive Economy – Liverpool City Region (OC22S19P1650)
Call to run a project to support participants’ progression into the labour market, allowing them to achieve equality of opportunity, in the Liverpool City Region.
This call is now closed. Please do not submit an application for this call. The information provided on this page is for reference purposes only.
Details
Project proposals should reflect how they will support a specific target group; these are expected to include:
- people with learning difficulties and disabilities;
- people with or recovering from mental health issues;
- people without English and Maths qualifications at Level 2;
- people from black and ethnic minority backgrounds;
- people returning to the labour market following parental or caring responsibilities; and
- people with experience of the care system.
The aim of this call is to support participants’ progression into the labour market, allowing them to achieve equality of opportunity. Projects must deliver additional, innovative and more intensive provision that meets the needs of specific groups of people (e.g. those with disabilities, ethnic minorities, or experience of the care system) and local labour markets. This builds upon the local research which suggests that there are more residents with more profound and multiple barriers to work who require support.
Applications are encouraged from consortia or other similar types of partnership arrangements. In each such case the application must be completed and submitted in the ECLAIMS IT system by the lead organisation on behalf of the partnership/consortia. The lead applicant must have the financial capacity to meet the required Due Diligence criteria and, if ESF funding is awarded, this organisation will then become the lead Grant Recipient accountable for delivery of the overall ESF Project.
