Enhancing equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups in formal, non-formal and informal settings, upgrading the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce, and promoting flexible learning pathways including through career guidance and validation of acquired competences.

Location
The project must cover the entire Greater Birmingham and Solihull LEP area which is made up of: Cannock Chase, Lichfield, Tamworth and East Staffordshire (Transition Region) and Birmingham, Solihull, Redditch, Bromsgrove and Wyre Forest (More Developed Region).
Value
Approximately £7,000,000 of funding is available.
Deadlines
- Outline application deadline: 27 May 2016
- Full application deadline: 12 September 2016
- Project start date: 18 July 2016
Completion date
The project must be completed no later than 31st December 2019.
