This call invites Outline Applications which support the delivery of Investment Priority 2.1 - enhancing equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups in formal, non formal and informal settings, upgrading the knowledge, skills and competences of the workforce, and promoting flexible learning pathways including through career guidance and validation of acquired competences.

Location
The project must cover the entire Leeds City Region LEP area.
Value
Approximately £7,000,000 of funding is available.
Deadlines
- Outline application deadline: 21 December 2016.
- Full application deadline: 31 March 2017
- Project start date: 1 June 2017
Completion date
The project must be completed no later than 31 May 2020.
