Details
This call is looking to enhance the competitiveness of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and specifically:
- Promoting entrepreneurship, in particular by facilitating the economic exploitation of new ideas and fostering the creation of new firms, including through business incubators
- Supporting the creation and the extension of advanced capacities for products, services and development
- Supporting the capacity of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises to grow in regional, national and international markets and to engage in innovation processes

Project’s put forward under this call must cover the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership area.
Value
Up to £7,000,000 (£5,000,000 more developed and £2,000,000 transitional) of funding is available through this call. A minimum value of £500,000 of funding can be applied for.

Outline application deadline: 26 January 2018
Completion date
It is anticipated that funding from this call will be awarded for up to 3 years.
