Equine animals not intended for slaughter for transit through the European Union and Northern Ireland: certificate 8432
Apply online for an export health certificate (EHC) to export equine animals, such as horses or donkeys, not intended for slaughter from Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) transiting through the EU or Northern Ireland.
This certificate is no longer available to use for exports.
You should instead use certificate 8431.
