What you need to do

You need to download and fill out the export declaration the Master of the Vessel declaration document in English language and the language of the entry Border Control Post where your export will arrive into the EU or point of entry in Northern Ireland. The documents should be signed and dated by the captain of the vessel and must accompany your consignment to the European Union or Northern Ireland.

Export certificates are sometimes updated. The most up to date version will be found on this page.

If you do not use the latest version, your declaration documents may not be accepted upon arrival in the EU or Northern Ireland.
