Abstract

Building on its interim report into the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA)’s market study into online platforms and digital advertising, the CMA commissioned Jigsaw Research to conduct primary research aimed to improve its understanding of advertiser behaviour. In particular, the report aims to understand the behaviour of Google and Facebook’s advertising customers, and how this differs according to the size and sophistication of the customer.
