You need permission to publish Land & Property Services (LPS) or Ordnance Survey of Northern Ireland (OSNI) intellectual property.

How to apply

Download an application form from the LPS website.

You should return your completed form to the Intellectual Property Rights Branch.

Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed, publication must take place within 6 months of the date of permission. If you don’t publish within this time you will need to reapply, unless you have agreed a publishing date with LPS.

You may need to pay a publishing rate. Visit the LPS website for information on publishing rates and royalties.
