1. Application for a licence to carry out acupuncture, tattooing, piercing and/or electrolysis
If you want to carry on the business of Tattooing, Acupuncture, Ear Piercing, or Electrolysis you must be registered with Oxford City Council where the business is conducted. The premises where the business is conducted must also be registered with Oxford City Council.
