This project was commissioned to support a research programme examining factors relating to people, organisations, funding and environmental challenges, as well as economic and community impacts of flood risk. The aim was to make sure that policies about flood risk improved understanding of the dangers and reduced risks and costs.
The project started in 2002 and was completed in 2003 at a cost of £59,000.
