Call for evidence description

This call for evidence relates to the existing Gift Aid donor benefit rules. It invites evidence that will help the government to understand exactly how the current rules are understood and applied, what – if any – barriers and problems they present for the charities sector, and how they might be improved. The deadline for responses is 9 October 2015.

Respondents are invited to submit anonymised data to support their response to this call for evidence. This can be submitted in the format that is most convenient for the individual respondent. In case helpful, a template for data submissions can be downloaded from this page.
