Call for evidence description

This call for evidence summarises the main amendments to 2015 editions of the RID and ADR agreements which provide European legislation on the carriage of dangerous goods.

It aims to determine the potential costs and benefits of amending the agreements.

It is relevant to anyone who is involved in transporting dangerous goods.

The Department for Transport (DfT) is also asking for industry feedback on the impacts of ‘The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment (Amendment) Regulations 2011’.
