Call for evidence description
This is an independent review and will consider the treatment of, and outcomes for, BAME individuals within the criminal justice system in England and Wales.
It will address issues arising from the Crown Prosecution Service onwards, including the court system, prisons and young offender institutions and rehabilitation in the community.
