We are particularly aiming to look at whether the regulations strike the right balance between consumer protections and business freedoms.

We would like feedback on proposals for reform, including:

  • how the regulations apply to UK-only package holidays
  • how the framework should treat linked travel arrangements
  • technical changes intended to simplify and clarify the regime
