Call for evidence description

This consultation asks for views on how best to amend legislation applying to Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) in the UK, as part of the domestic implementation process for CSDR.

CSDR means Regulation (EU) 909/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on improving securities settlement in the European Union and on CSDs and amending Directive 98/26/EC.

Responses are requested by 8 May 2015.
