Call for evidence description

This Call for Evidence has been launched alongside the FCA and PRA’s joint Discussion Paper, which will review operational aspects of the SM&CR. The FCA and PRA’s joint Discussion Paper can be found here.

These reviews will provide HMT and the regulators with a shared evidence base for identifying the most effective way for the regime to deliver on its core objectives.

The government welcomes representations from all stakeholders with an interest in the SM&CR. Submissions and any questions relating to the Call for Evidence should be sent to SMCR@HMTreasury.gov.uk
