The Intellectual Property Office (IPO) welcomes its latest addition to the UK global intellectual property attaché network.

Yamish will have a regional responsibility for intellectual property engagement in the Gulf Cooperation Council region. He will be based in the Trade Policy Team at the British Embassy in Riyadh, he will also cover the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait as well as Saudi Arabia.

Yamish was the Senior Trade Advisor for the Creative Cluster at the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) based at the British Embassy in Riyadh. He has 16 years’ experience promoting commercial relations between the UK and Saudi Arabia and supporting British businesses trading in the Kingdom. He also has previously led on a number of sectors that include Construction, Consumer & Retail, Food & Drink, Safety & Security and Technology. Yamish holds a Batchelors Degree in Business Administration and Economics.
