Affordable Homes Programme 2011 to 2015: guidance and allocations
The Affordable Homes Programme 2011 to 2015 aims to increase the supply of new affordable homes in England.
Throughout 2011 to 2015, the Homes and Communities Agency will invest £4.5 billion in affordable housing through the Affordable Homes Programme and existing commitments from the previous National Affordable Housing Programme. The majority of the programme has been made available as affordable rent with some for affordable home ownership, supported housing and in some circumstances, social rent.
