Under its terms of reference, the Animal Health and Welfare Board for England (AHWBE) is the principal source of departmental advice to ministers on strategic health and welfare matters relating to kept animals in England.

This collections brings together the AHWBE’s recommendations, speeches and publications on strategic policy affecting the health and welfare of kept animals in England.
