Child Trust Fund bulletins
Use the Child Trust Fund (CTF) bulletins to get updates and guidance for fund providers and local authorities.
The CTF bulletins are published by HMRC for fund providers and local authorities.
From 1 October 2017, responsibility for managing the CTF accounts of looked after children transferred from the Official Solicitor or Accountant of Court to The Share Foundation, which is a charity appointed under contract by the Secretary of State at the Department for Education (DfE).
