The £25 million Custom Build Homes Loan Fund provides short-term project finance to help unlock custom build - or self-build - schemes.

The Custom Build Homes Loan Fund will close in March 2015 and only bids that can demonstrate drawdown of the loan by this date should be submitted. Prospective applicants should speak to their local Operating Area to discuss potential funding options for their development.

Applicants should also consider the Custom Build Serviced Plots Loan Fund which was launched in June 2014 and is expected to run until 2020.
