These annual reports set out how the Driving Standards Agency (DSA):

• performed against its objectives
• made decisions, managed projects and managed risks
• managed its finances, including its income and expenditure

DSA was replaced by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) in April 2014. There are different annual reports and accounts for DVSA.
