Empty Homes programme: guidance and allocations

The Homes and Communities Agency allocated just under £100 million through 2 rounds of the Empty Homes programme. The funding has brought empty properties back into use as affordable housing.

A further £30 million was also made available to community and voluntary groups via a separate funding programme run by Tribal Education on behalf of government.
