Environmental impact assessment (EIA) statutory notices

Statutory notices regarding environmental impact assessment of Environment Agency works in a watercourse.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to the likely environmental effects of proposed improvement works must do so, in writing, to the address specified within 28 days of the date of publication of the notice.
