The Environment Agency consult the public on certain applications for waste operations, mining waste operations, installations, water discharge, groundwater activities, radio active substance plus certain flood risk activity permits. If you can’t get to a local office to see the application documents you can contact the Environment Agency to ask for a copy to be emailed, alternatively sent on a CD or paper.
