Following the agreement on Tuesday April 24th between the UK and Welsh Governments on changes to clause 11 of the EU Withdrawal Bill, the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster David Lidington MP has today tabled a Written Ministerial Statement in Parliament setting out further detail on the changes that are being proposed to the Bill.

The amendments to clause 11 that have been tabled by the government are now available on this page.

The Minister has also published a supporting intergovernmental agreement that sets out a number of additional commitments on how the amendments, if agreed, will work in practice.
