Family Justice Review reports

This collection brings together all documents relating to the Family Justice Review.

This was published under the 2010 to 2015 Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition government

The Family Justice Review was set up in March 2010 and led by an independent review panel, chaired by David Norgrove, to consider radical reform of the existing systems for: resolving disputes about contact with children and where they should live when couples break up (private law); the process of divorce; and processes when local authorities apply to the courts to take children into care (public law).
