FCDO Services prompt payment data

This page provides information on FCDO Services prompt payment for its invoices.

Since 1 April 2015 all central government departments, including their executive agencies and non departmental public bodies, have been required to report on their prompt payment performance. They must publish the percentage of their invoices paid within 5 days and within 30 days, on a quarterly basis. Our prompt payment results exclude the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and other government departments.

FCDO Services are a Trading Fund of the FCDO. As a Trading Fund, we are funded from the revenue generated by providing services to our customers. Please also see our FCDO Services and Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office websites.

On 2nd September 2020 the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) and Department for International Development merged to form the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). FCO Services were part of the FCO, operating commercially as a Trading Fund. FCO Services changed its name on 2nd September 2020 to FCDO Services to stay aligned to our parent organisation. Legacy data remains available at FCO Services. Data for FCO Services prior to financial year 2018 to 2019 was included with Foreign & Commonwealth Office collection data.
