Fees for social housing regulation
The principles of the regulator's fee-charging scheme for registered providers and practical guidance about its operation.
We launched a consultation on proposed changes to our fee principles in September 2023 designed to align them with its amended powers as set out under section 4 of the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023
Following the conclusion of the consultation and subsequent assessment and consideration of feedback received, and after receiving approval from the Secretary of State the proposed changes will apply from 1 July 2024.
