HS2 Phase 2a Compulsory Purchase: General Vesting Declarations for Cheshire East
Information, deeds and plans relating to the compulsory purchase of properties in Cheshire East via the General Vesting Declarations.
The General Vesting Declarations (GVD) are prepared under compulsory purchase powers granted to the Secretary of State for Transport under Section 4 of the High Speed Rail (West Midlands – Crewe) Act 2021.
