Information, deeds and plans relating to the compulsory purchase of properties in the London Borough of Hillingdon via the General Vesting Declarations.
The General Vesting Declarations (GVD) are prepared under compulsory purchase powers granted to the Secretary of State for Transport under Section 4 of the High Speed Rail (London to West Midlands) Act 2017.
