This collection contains detailed information about company director dsqualification and the role of the Insolvency Service. In addition to disqualification as a result of misconduct with respect to a company, an individual will be automatically disqualified from acting as a director and subject to other associated restrictions whilst an undischarged bankrupt, subject to a debt relief order or subject to bankruptcy or debt relief restrictions.
