Investment Management System: access, guidance and support
The Investment Management System is used by Homes England partners to submit bids for funding under the Affordable Homes Programme.
Investment Management System (IMS) closure arrangements
To allow time for the processing of schemes and programme management in the run up to financial year-end, we are extending IMS opening hours.
From Monday 3 March to Friday 28 March 2025 inclusive, IMS will be open from 8am to 8pm each day. Exceptions will be the agreed change release dates and any other extra emergency release dates.
On Monday 31 March, IMS will close at midday to allow completion of financial year-end activities. IMS will reopen on Tuesday 1 April by 2pm.
During the closure, the Homes England service desk will be open from 8am to 6pm each day. Second-line IMS user support will be open from 10am to 4pm each day.
Payments will continue to be paid within normal timescales.
To make sure system issues are not missed during year end, you can log IMS issues with the Homes England Service Desk on 01908 353604 or send an e-mail to servicedesk@homesengland.gov.uk. Make sure you include all required information in the email, with screenshots where appropriate, to help us deal with queries efficiently.
Any questions about data entered in IMS or policy should be directed to your Homes England lead in the relevant area office.
