Overview
Use of the new versions of forms CIVCLAIM1, 1A, 2, 5, 5A and POA1 is mandatory from 1 April 2015.
Old versions signed on or before 31 March 2015 should be submitted before 30 April 2015 or they may be rejected.
The Counsel matrix is a new form which is mandatory from 1 April.
Submission of claims
Claims should be sent electronically to CIS-SFE@justice.gov.uk

Civil certificated enquiries
If you have made an application using CCMS, please send any enquiries using the case enquiry function.
The Legal Aid Agency (LAA) only deals with callers chasing submitted work when the following applies:
- you have waited longer than our published targets
- the matter has become urgent because legal aid work has to be started immediately
