Planning Reform Working Papers
This collection brings together the series of planning reform working papers that have been published by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
The government has published a series of working papers on different aspects of planning reform, designed to inform further policy development in collaboration with the wider sector. These working papers are intended to support discussions with the sector, to determine whether and how to take proposals forward, as opposed to formal consultations on specific proposals.
Alongside these discussions, we welcome responses to the series of questions that are posed at the end of each paper. Reflecting feedback from the sector that a deadline for responses would help those who want to respond to do so, we have now set deadlines for when responses to each working paper need to be submitted. Further information on how to respond and the closing date for each working paper is available on the individual pages linked below.
