Corporate Strategy and Transformation Plan

This is the first strategy for our organisation since becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. This, along with the Transformation Plan, sets out our direction, our intent as a business, and the changes we need to make to accelerate hazard reduction and make Sellafield safer sooner.
