The documents in this collection are no longer current. Following a consultation in 2015, we replaced them with new rules and guidance for all regulated qualifications.

Following consultation, we have decided we will be withdrawing the rules for the qualifications and credit framework (QCF) on 30 September 2015.

We have now updated our General Conditions of Recognition to include new rules which replace parts of the QCF. These new rules come into effect on 1 October 2015.

In the meantime, the current rules and regulations set out in this collection still apply.

You should also read the requirements for all awarding organisations and qualifications.
