Regulator of Social Housing – Annual Report and Accounts
The annual report and accounts sets out the regulator's performance, accountability arrangements and financial statements for each reporting period.
The Regulator of Social Housing became a standalone organisation on 1 October 2018. It is a non-departmental public body sponsored by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
Its annual report and accounts is presented to Parliament pursuant to sections 100C and 100D of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008.
