Right Care, Right Person is an approach designed to ensure that people of all ages, who have health or social care needs, are responded to by the right person, with the right skills, training, and experience to best meet their needs.

NHS England produced guidance on implementing the National Partnership Agreement: Right Care, Right Person in England

The guidance is aimed principally at integrated care boards (ICBs) and providers of mental health services, ambulance services and acute services across England that deliver support to people of all ages with mental health needs.

The Association of Police and Crime Commissioners has produced guidance for police and crime commissioners and equivalents in England and Wales on how they can support the implementation of Right Care, Right Person.

The College of Policing has produced a toolkit for police forces in England and Wales on how they can implement Right Care, Right Person.
