Tariff quota notices
Find tariff quota notices published from 1 January 2018.
Tariff quota allows a finite amount of particular goods, produced outside the EU, to be imported into the EU, at a nil or reduced rate of Customs Duty, during a set period.
The quota is available to importers across all member states on a first come first served basis. Once the set limit has been reached, Customs Duty becomes due at the appropriate rate.
You can find tariff quota notices published before 1 January 2018 on the National Archive website.
