Every year, HMRC conducts the Large Business Survey. If you’re a large business we’ll contact the Head of Tax or Finance Director to invite them to take part.

This is an opportunity for them to tell us their views on HMRC and their level of satisfaction with our services.
We also invite some to a follow-up interview about their survey responses.
Past surveys have been undertaken by the independent research agency IFF Research. The Large Business Survey superseded the Large Business Panel Survey in 2015.
