These documents from the UK Commission for Employment and Skills (UKCES) look at progress over the last decade in improving the skills of the workforce within the UK. They assess qualification trends and projections and look at the impact of migration, retirement ages and gender differences. The reports also examine differences in qualifications between the four nations of the UK and between regions, and then compares UK trends to the other countries in the OECD.
