Warning notices to academies in the South East
Notices issued to academy trusts about academies that are not making necessary improvements or academies judged inadequate following an Ofsted inspection.

The schools causing concern guidance provides details on the action that regional directors may take when academies are underperforming or have weaknesses in safeguarding, governance or financial management.
