Detail of outcome

All consultation responses were in favour of the Government amending the Contracts for Difference (Allocation) Regulations (2014) in order to extend Delivery Years specified in those regulations to 31 March 2026. This will enable the running of future allocation rounds. It is Government’s intention to make this amendment.
