The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) sought views on its proposed approach to considering track access applications relevant to the introduction of East West Rail services.

The East West Rail (EWR) second phase project runs between Cambridge and Oxford for services from Oxford to Bletchley/Milton Keynes.
